Pay homage to Pentax with this vintage Asahi Optical Co. logo mug. Featuring the “A,” “O,” and “Co” of “Asahi Optical Co.” inside the stylized outline of a camera’s pentaprism, the logo was used by the company that eventually became known as Pentax on cameras ranging from its very first model, the Asahiflex I (which was also the first ever Japanese-made 35mm SLR) of 1952 to the late 1970s with advanced mechanical SLRs like the Pentax ME.
